Editing Post 2

The second time our group edited together we tried our best to go through each scene and make sure they were the right speed. Because our movie needed to emphasize certain scenes we put them in slow motion or even speeded them up. In the scene where Nick was running, we had to speed it up to create urgency. In the following scene this is an example of us editing Maddy walking into the airport. We slowed it down to emphasize the planes. This also made her walk look more dramatic and important.

Editing Post 1

The first thing we decided to do was put the clips in order, because when they downloaded to the computer they were all out of order. By going through and putting the clips in order it helped us remember back to the scenes filmed and what we were trying to accomplish. This led us to deleted unnecessary scenes or even duplicates that we found. This first day of editing was pretty much focused on the technical stuff.
